Exchange and refund policy

If you receive any defected items (eg: Stains, torn out etc) you can contact us via Whatsapp or Email us. Please contact us within a week after you receive your parcel and send us a proof of damage.
Exchange takes 5-10 business working days.

Return Shipping

If you wish to get your articles exchanged (Only if defected) send us in a proper packaging. We wont accept tag removed or washed clothes

Sale items

Return and exchange wont be applicable on sale items(only if defected).

When will I receive my parcel?

Orders will be delivered in 5-7 business working days.

Shipping cost?

200 for Karachi, 250 for the rest of the cities.

Will I receiver the same order as seen in pictures?

Actual product color may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image’s color.

How do i send back?

You can ship your parcels once your request has been accepted, you will be provided with details where and when to send.

What about shipping charges if any issues?

We wont charge any shipping cost if:
-The items were delivered wrong
-The items were damaged when received.

In other cases, you will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the items back to us.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order via email or whatsapp.
